Monkeybiz - recycled and beaded artworks created in South African town ships - is art that really makes a difference! The project, which has established a vibrant community of more than 450 bead artists, many of whom are the sole breadwinners within their households, has transformed the beaded arts market in South Africa. Departing from the culture of mass-produced curio craft, each Monkeybiz artwork is unique.   In addition to the beautiful beaded creations is the Zolo range (new kid on the block)!  Zolo includes satchels and the coolest little Zolo people and chooks.. made from reclycled inner tubes from truck tyres.. they are cut out and hand sewn.. with some beads for arms, legs, eyes and belly buttons :) .. why not welcome them into your home today.
