These one of a kind trees are made from reclaimed mens neckties, rescued buttons and recycled ribbon.
They are totally reversible, so both sides are as pretty as each other.
One side is green with red buttons, the other red with green buttons.
Measurements are approx.... 8cm (3inches) at it's widest point, by 14cm (5 1/2 inches) not including the ribbon.
My friend Nic from 168 hrs has kindly written a poem that explains it’s meaning.

One old green tree, bewitching, dark
Bore fruit for death, all poison-red;
Another, red, and soaked with blood
Bears green, green fruit of life restored.
I’ve tasted that red fruit too long
And turn despairing from its lure
To gaze upon the other tree
And feast upon the fruit of life.
I am hoping that in the future we can collaborate with words and design again.
